This is what worries me. Am I eating correct amounts of everything. I have assessed macros on my fitness pal app and it appears i am. I just hope the hunger will pass soon!!
Thankyou for your reply. I think im going to end up putting on weight if i eat more. I dont understand how i felt great at first then hungry and a bit tired. How long does it take to adjust. I havent had any testing except routine blood test at gp and everything fine.
I do not have diabetes and was advised to do low carb high fat by endochrinologist due to my severe lack of energy levels. I have less than 20g carbs per day. Weeks 1 and 2 i felt great. Doing 16:8 fasting and eating 2 meals a day. Week 3 and i am so hungry altho eating the same. Have started...
