I take pregablin(daily) and diazapam(as needed) for anxiety...also take antidepressant, antipsychotic and a few other as needed med. Was already taking them when i was diagnosed, but my diabetic nurse assured me they would work my diabetes around my mental health, as if my mental health...

I also have bad amongst other things...in dome ways, id already come to terms with having to take meds for the rest of my life, so was one less thing to get my head around when i was diagnosed 22 March this year. I have huge control issues, especially round food, have had an eating disorder...

My mum is also diabetic, and before being diagnosed myself, i didn't know much about it. She doesn't test, she skips Dr appointments and eats all the wrong foods. She has no idea even if she is on the right dose of medication. Now i realise how stupid she is being and i know i don't want my kids...
