Hi there Dave, Its noting to worry about. I'e been a diabetic for 25 years and my legs have got some bruising. Its just when you catch the vein and it bleeds. I mainly to do inject in my legs because of the bruising, so it can't been seen on your arms. Regards Kes xxx :)
