I generally have a tin of sardines with the bones in daily for the calcium (I can't eat dairy apart from butter) spread on keto flax bread (also high in calcium). I usually try to get them in brine or olive oil but not everywhere sells those. If they come in tomato sauce I just leave most of it...

Oh yes Hermesetas/saccharin is very fake, no getting away from that, and probably one of those chemical compounds that Mother Nature never intended us to eat in any great quantity lol! I really wish I could love stevia, and maybe if I were to try some of the liquid options that might be better...
I noticed that there's quite a lot of cool low carb stuff on ebay from Germany but as @Chook said postage can be steep - will take a look at the shop you mentioned though and see what goodies they've got and maybe put a bigger order in to make shipping worthwhile. Thanks for the heads-up!
