Diagnosed later 2016 as type 2 given metformin by G.P.
Tried to ignore it for 2016 but its still here. now really paying attention to my self. Started the LCHF life style about 14th jan. have read so much its so confusing and conflicting. basics are good but like most im overloaded under educated and no clear knowlage of where to go so im here.
