I dearly want to open a cafe catering mainly for diabetes, only, this cafe will serve everything a diabetic would normally run away from.... because leaving out ikky things like dairy, white flour and cane/beet sugar (and any other form of raw glucose for that matter) would mean, as long as "sensible" eating habbits were observed, you could eat whatever was on the menu and not worry (too much) about the consequenses. Face it, everyone wants to be a little bit naughty, don't they? LMFAO
