    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    This morning was 7.1, I was surprised because normally I am under 6. An hour later (still fasting) it was 6.3. Lately I am more often over 6, before usually 5.1 to 5.6, perhaps I don't excercise enough.
