I am single and always have been except for an occasional boyfriend which usually does not work out because I am a workaholic. Have an amazing daughter that is a college professor, civil rights commissioner, is a local actress.. . I love to brag about her because there is a stigma surrounding single parenting...the key to it is you have to be engaged in parenting..I have a wonderful family and truly have been blessed in this world my siblings and parents are all close. I love animals, nature and traveling but do not get to travel as much as I would like too.I live on a beautiful farm where a portion of it is categorized as forest preserve and I am a bit of an environmentalist so works out great..Lots of wildlife in my backyard- Deer-Fox-Coyotee-Mink-Bobcat-Racoons-Groundhogs-an occasional Eagle- Turkey and squirrel- I think there may be a mountain lion although not native to where I live an occasional one is spotted and there are some tracks that lean toward one around, I am close to a river that is where the stragglers can be, they follow the rivers. If they leave me alone, I leave them alone..The few neighbors I have are amazing so got lucky there.
