Hello, I have recently been diagnosed prediabetic..... For 3 to 4 months I have had ear ache, then raging sore throat, very dry mouth, eyes and nose. Now vertigo first thing. I've had ct scan on head/neck a d do not need biopsy so I've been thinking that time wise this all totally links up...

Having just been diagnosed prediabetic I'd like to start as I would hope to go on and get to grips with the food aspect. Books you recommend, hints and tips will be welcome.
