    8.8 this morning. trying hard to stick on Blood sugar diet. 600 cal day testerday, 7 mile walk, no meds.

    7.5 4.30am. Not unexpected, out with family for Christmas get together. Chinese buffet. I clearly chose the wrong stuff!! Could be worse ;)
