Thank you, I know it is between £2000 and £4000 per eye depending on what type of lens is required, will wait and see what the Consultant says, but appreciate your reply.

Hi I have been informed that the Government is only funding cataract surgery on one eye, does that mean that although I have Type 2 Diabetes that I will have to pay for the other eye to have the cataract removed.

Hi some days can feel quite low, also restless nights, other times will have a good night so I would be grateful for help too. Have lost almost two stones in a year but now at a standstill so any advice on that too would be appreciated.
