    hi all, I have been on trulicity for a week, first few days were horrendous, nausea and really bad headaches, my fasting blood sugars readings were about 11 before, now they are 8.6- 9.2, can anybody tell me if they will get better with each trulicity shot I take, as I was hoping for better...

    burgen is a type of bread that you can get from most supermarkets, it is seeded and comes in a couple of varieties, I have the linseed one :)

    I only drink black tea with splenda and water through the day, I am teetotal and don't smoke so feel as I don't have any enjoyment in life to which my doctor replied oh there are lovely fruit and veg out there :roll: , I have a banana and never test afterwards as I usually do an hour exercise...

    been really 'good' for the past 4 weeks, eaten low carb, no chocolate (!) and excersing regularly, on waking my readings have been between 5.3-6.4 which is good for me as previously they were in the 11-12 region, I ususally take my readings at 7am, this morning I got up at 10am and it is 9.2 ...
