Well i am kind of lucky and work in a convenience store so just grab the safe bet of lucozade. Sandwich or a pasta bowl to help keep levels steady afterwards. Keep jelly babies for a quick boost in a sandwich bag when out and about in town. Never keep a whole bag with me cause i will eat them...
