Not much to say had T2 for 12 -13 years battled hard with it, but at a point where the tablets are not affecting me . I am nervous about going on anything that will be to complex to use . Currently on the low carb thing and loving the headaches 
i seem to get since i started it. Have give up the drink! tea total for a year now , and living like a monk .
Got to say the whole diabetic thing is the hardest fight i have ever been in . One minute you thing your winning and BAM it kicks up in the face again , with a monster reading that you just did not see coming.
Also struggle with the way it has impacted on the family Dad cant eat this Dad cant have that . Holidays social events are a bit of a nightmare. I know they are only trying to look after me , maybee if it is just they don.t want to pay for a nursing home in a few years time .Oh and i have a sense hummer it is a bit on the dark side ...
Like most rock groups even if i cant live that lifestlye anymore ...Went to see Def Leopard a mouth or two ago and sung at the top of my lungs "don't pour sugar on me".. To the horror of my 14 year old daughter , who went with me .

Fly fishing
wearing Flannelette shirts and dia cap i bought from a charity shop , with a faded C&A tab so its probably as old as my car. Just like to add got it way way before P/blinders put that kind on thing on trend .
