My sensor fell off so had to start a new one now getting nothing on spike app I’ve started new sensor & it said will calibrate within 10 mins but had nothing I’m new to spike & have no idea what to do tried Facebook page no luck

I’ve an iPhone but could buy a cheap android phone if this ones best

How do I calibrate it ? I just changed the battery as it was dead when I got it & set up LinkBluCon app

I’m very confused as NightRider arrived today via Royal Mail special delivery but I received an email a couple of days ago from USPS saying tracking number etc which hasn’t updated yet postage date was yesterday

Put it on yesterday has been ok hopefully it’s just a blip as last one fell off so getting replacement sent don’t want to be calling again with issues
