    meal planning app

    Hi, i'm a newbie here and i want to ask for help on this matter: i started my diet program last week. I'm finding some support from App store to make meal plans...I don't know which app is good for me. Anyone have experience abt this? I saw Cook & Count app is now from Paid to Free on app deals...
