    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    I live in Portugal and my reading was 5.9 this morning. I am struggling to get the balance of carbs right. Had potatoes last night with salmon and lots of veges. But I had to get up to have a snack at 1.30 am because my sugar was 4.6. I take injected insulin so I cannot take the chance of it...
