Thanks, I might give them a go but i need to get my head back into the mindset of not having any...hard when you have an 8 year old in the house tho x

I think its all down to the stress im under at the moment, and I dont get out much either which doesnt help, but sure ill get there in the end....hopefully :-)

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last June. I was going great at the start but since christmas ive been feeling down and stressed as my son is due a big operation this year and im a single parent. My mum and dad both have health issues and also money worries is greatly affecting me too...
