    What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

    Hi I have just joined this forum. I always measure my fasting glucose in the morning around 7-8 am and most of the time above 6. But recently I am using a CGM and it shows up until 6:30-7am it is nice and steady around 5-5.5 and then it spikes to > 6 (dawn phenomenon). I am not worried any more...
