    Hello To You All

    Hi, I was jogging on with my life , family , work , social , sport / fitness Until out of the blue six months ago, fell ill and was diagnosed with T1 at the age of 43 !!! Been a some tough times since, but getting on top of things at the moment and getting my life back.... Thanks
