    Yes my issue with low carb is lack of calories, and protein, it hard enough getting enough protein anyway. My main sources of protein are pulses and substitutes and they are inherently loaded with carbs, thus to reduce my carbs I just reducing what I eat. I need about 2,200 to 2,500 kcals...
