    ‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

    I find that doing something like crochet in the evening keeps my mind away from food :) Hobbies and interests are great for occupying the mind and as well as keeping me away from the food, it gives me a positive mindset - a win, win!

    Caffeine and alcohol

    I always have my coffee weak and black and have assumed that it would be classed the same as water, am I wrong doing this?
