Type 2 diagnosed Feb 12th 2018, was on Metformin 1000mg x 2/day. Stopped after 2 months. (my choice).

Low carb diet (40-60g/day) and self monitoring. The odd beer and sandwich on holiday! :dead:

Feb 2018: HbA1c: 73 - Weight 98kg.:eek:
May 2018: HbA1c 38 - Weight 87kg. :happy:
Nov 2018: HbA1c 39 - Weight 91kg :angelic:
