Thank you so much for the help!!!! I only got my eye test result 2 days ago and I'm already making some changes but I will be asking for help and I am a creature of habit so we'll see how it goes. I am going to do my best to try and at least halt its progress if not reverse the damage.

I have been a type 1 diabetic for 11 years now hba1c's have always been good but a little irratic. Recent eye screening has shown I now have back ground retinopathy. Other than that everything is going good but I can always deal with it better. Sent from my SM-G361F using Diabetes.co.uk Forum...
