Hi I have been put on this make of insulin today am still on Metformin. I am wondering how others coped with starting insulin while on Metformin ? Is it normal to feel quite warm after injecting insulin ?

Thanks Paul for your reply, am on Eucreas which Metformin & Vildagliptin combined, and yes my Consultant has suggested I have either Byetta or Liragllutide.

Hi I am new on here, I was just wondering if anybody knows if Liraglutide and Byetta can be taken as stand alone treatments or would you still need to take oral meds for type 2 diabetes also ?
