    I've started using MySugr app on my Nexus 7 it allows notes, meals, carb counting etc..... Very good so far, much better than the notebook I used to keep!

    I have been getting sooooo tired, waking up in the morning is a nightmare, I bought a SAD lamp a couple of months ago to help (it is) but with waking 2-3 times a night as well I am just getting sooo tired. :yawn: My DN wanted to start me on Metformin last month but agreed to let me carry on...

    Good walking shoes for Type 2's - anyone have any ideas

    They might not be considered 'good' walking shoes, but I took/ wore Crocs around Rome....the streets are hard going being mainly cobbled paving, it was 30+ degrees and I walked (for the first time, I might add) for hours! We spent 4 days in Rome, and I loved every minute even the walking...
