Hello :) Is anyone from germany with type 1 diabetes?

Until now, I was not try to split it, but it seems now that I have to. My doctor never told me that option. Do your sugur regulation is better with the pump?

Thank you very much! It is very useful for me. Because, sometimes I wake up with high blood sugar or very low. Right now I take one dose before I go to sleep. I'm honestly afraid to fall asleep. I will see with my doctor to take split doses. [emoji846]

Does anybody take basal insulin (levemir for example)in two doses separately, one dose in the evening another one in the morning? Can we do that?
