Hi I'm on metformin, gliclazide and insulin but my blood sugar are still in the 20+ to 30's i useto know when i was hi but i don't know now unless i test i want konw can my body get amoun to metformin, gliclazide and insulin after years as I think its not working anymore

i get a reading of 10+ mmol/L when i get up and if i dont eat all day i can get it down to about 7-8 if i eat i will go up to 15+ i have been as hi as 29.9 a few times i am on 2 500mg`s metformin tablets & 1 80mg glidazide tablet in the morning and the same at night thats 6 tablets a day this...
