My Contour app has stopped syncing my test results with Apple Health since 6th July. Contour help suggests it is an Apple issue. Anyone else having similar issue?
I had a similar experience on Metformin over 10 Years ago but my GP changed it to Glucophage which was a slow release version and my body tolerated that fine. Don’t know if it is still available but you might ask
Thanks, I will have a fridge and hadn’t thought about that. Will probably take some berries and a small yoghurt pot in a cool bag. Some nuts would be good for mid morning as well.

Your situation sounds very much like me 12 months ago. Every 6 months I had blood tests and was then prescribed an increase or additional meds. I had cut out sugar, cakes, biscuits and puddings but thought the meds would deal with the rest of my food.
