Morning all 7.2 at 5:15 then 7.4 at 8:15!

So a weekend of ups and downs! 7.5 Saturday, 6.8 Sunday and now a 6.6 this morning after a full on Sunday roast and apple crumble! Will the madness never end!!

Afternoon. 6.8 two days ago, 8 yesterday and 7.8 this morning!! Guess going back on the diet properly hasn’t helped!!!

Morning all. Well I wasn’t far off, got back from Paris to a lovely 10.5 yesterday. Very happy with a 6.9 this morning after that. Guess I am not moving to Paris!!

Forgot to bring my kit! Knowing me after wine, a little bread and 6mile walk it will probably 12!!!!
