    thanks for that. yes can use a microwave but as i said earlier i'm a fussy eater and don't like a lot of "good" foods but will take any advice i can get. Thanks

    Hi. I have just been diagnosed as prediabetic. and so will have to change my diet. I have to take sandwiches to work to eat there. My question is type of bread is best (I'm a fussy eater).
