    ime doing really good on the low carbs,and also workouts at the gym ,and i check my blood after the workouts and its never higher than 6.0 and lower than 4.8,and my fasting levels are down from 10-11- to around 6.8 or 7.8 ,and ive thrown all the bad stuff into the bin to take the pressure off...
