    Type 1 Diabetes and disability.

I am aware of those details and I appreciate you taking the time to respond but it doesn't actually answer my question. After forty years of trying to be the same as everybody else I'm finally going to admit that I'm not. So I need to know the not-so-philosophical answer to the question "Now what?"

    Type 1 Diabetes and disability.

I understand, through the advocacy pack produced by d.u.k., that diabetes can be classified as a disability but the one question that the pack doesn't answer is "How do I go about registering myself as disabled?" Does anybody know how to go about this and what do I need to do now?

    Tattoo care

All my ink has arrived in the last couple of years. Everyone present has given the best advice there is. To aid healing though use Bepanthen cream 3 times a day. Locks the ink in a treat!

    Type 1 Is it me . . .

It doesn't seem to be any one thing that will break me. It can be the dogs barking or forgetting to buy some cereal for my wife. I have gone from being relatively fit to a sloth and I can't break the cycle (please excuse the musical quote I can't help it). I am not so much becoming self...

    Type 1 Is it me . . .

I've been a type one diabetic since it was invented and I'm really beginning to wonder whether or not diabetes is affecting my mental health. When I'm doing well I am on top of the world but the slightest problem and I come crashing down into the very depths of despair. I try to fight it off...
