I agree, eat 4X/5X a day, small meals & keep on exercising. If you're a T2, has your MD given you a choice between metformin & janumet? I've had much better results with janumet & am presently trying to reverse my T2. So far, so good, with A1c down to 6.0 vs. 7.2 earlier this year.
