I am in good shape, 136 lbs/173 cm. I usually have apple/banana/grapes for breakfast and before going to bed. For lunch, I have rice + pork/chicken. For dinner: rice + fish/vegetable. I am able to avoid unnecessary snacking (i.e. pizza, donuts) for the most part. This unusual jump just confused...
Worried about the huge jump from 86 to 100 in a year.
Confused about the unusual reference range. Everywhere on the internet says 70-100.
Maybe an overreaction but I am not doing very well in cholesterol/BP departments so prediabetes is the last thing I need.
I hope someone here can help me.
The ff are my FBS results during the past year, all done in the same lab.
Aug 2018: 87.04 mg/dL, Normal: [70-100]
Dec 2018: 96.23 mg/dL, Normal: [70-100]
Dec 2019 100 mg/dL, Normal: [73.21-105.4]
