Thanks for your reply. Yesterday I thought I would try a day with carbs and had chips for tea. I put on 1lb but my sugar level went up to 10.4 Can't seem to get it right at all.
I am a type 2, 64 years old and very active. I am finding that keeping to a low carb diet is making me loose a lot of weight. I am 5ft 7 and have just dropped down to just under 10 stone from 10 stone 8 lbs. I am finding this a worry as a lot of my clothes are now too big for me. Any ideas...
