    The sensor had been on and activated for some days before I installed the app. I had activated the sensor some days previously and been scanning with the libre scanner prior to installing the app and attempting to scan.

    Hi I have downloaded the andriod app for freestyle libre. I cannot get my phone Samsung s9 to take a reading from the sensor. I have followed the app which leads me into how to attach sensor but cannot see how to "scan now"
