    I want my old eyes back!

    I'm currently experiencing the opposite. I'm two & a1/2 weeks into the ND and I've had to stop my glucophage. My bs is averaging 5.1 with lows of 4.0 And B.P now 120/80 68 beats a minute. Problem is my eyes have started going 'squiffy' and reading is a problem at normal distance. I'm guessing...

    By the way, 'shakethatweight' is a good replacement for optifast which I got from the advice from the Newcastle Uni vitality and aging team.
