Hi i have recently been told i am pre diabetic my hba1c is 41mmol from 31mmol three years ago this was 5 weeks ago and in that time i have changed diet and exercised more but my BS dont seem to be coming down below 6.7 and were 7.3 today any advice would be appreciated
