i jst dont kno what i can eat or to avoid.... its all to confusing... future looks bleak

originally ... roughly 12months ago i was diagnosed wth T2 but told by OLD doctors (b4 i changed surgey) that i was not that serious case... so, no testing, no nothing.... but due to noticing vision and sleep changes, i decided to change my doctors..... thus leading to a more productive outcome...

all that is confuzing me i.e potatoes, pasta, fruit etc.... i even stopped fruit cos of natural sugar

iv also been told SUGAR can effect VISSION from day²day.... sometimes my eyesight is blurry then better without FACEfurniture (glasses) for distance... then sometimes better next day, using reading glasses for distance.... Grrrr . . . . . On, off, oN, OFF, my arm achz
