Not anymore since the hospital changed my meter to a libre 2 I'm just going to take it easy I have some recovery stuff incase I get a hypo I can usually tell when there coming on should be okay by tomorrow morning once the local chemist opens

I've just changed the sensor for my freestyle libra 2 found it's faulty it's the only sensor I have I'm still waiting for new ones from the local chemist. I have no way of checking my blood sugar now till Monday afternoon I frequently have hypos I'm scared and don't know what I can do

The NHS has been run down by the UK's previous government because they wanted to start a American version of the health service so many departments were underfunded for years. Hoping the new government will fix the NHS now but I won't hold my breath

I have another appointment with the diabetic unit in hospital in march hopefully the specialist nurse and consultant will be there this time. If not I will talk to my GP and get advice through diabetes UK of which I'm registered

I take humulin s through the day at various doses and tresiba largish dose of that before bedtime also on Metformin twice a day and ozempic one a week

Will ask my local GP surgery if they can source a good one and put it through my medication certificate which allows me free medication

The NHS funding in my area is poor where I live in England is very rural

I went to hospital earlier in the week to see a consultant at the diabetic clinic but nobody was there of any importance so couldn't see them about my dosage or about the libre 2 issues I'm having as their the ones that put me on it. I considering getting a pin prick glucose tester meter as back...
