Hi all, some info and opinions would be great, I have booked a doctors appointment but it's in 2 weeks so trying to do a bit of research beforehand. A bit of background- I was told I was prediabetic aged 17 after a GTT and nothing more said, no advise given, so being 17 I just carried on my life...
