i do the testing 4x aday and i had ham sarnie today for lunch, tomorrow ive got soup , cob, apple , at present say 2 hours after breakfast my sugar has been 15.3 to 12.3. i cannot ring nurse as i cannot talk. after lunch pass 2 hours its been 10, 11 12+. what can i do :thumbdown:

i was first told i could have the byettea to help with my weight by a consultant. he said go to doctor and he would give it, low and behold my doctor refused to give me it. its a disgrace and im so depressed. no wonder i feel like giving up. :? :? :? :mrgreen:
