I did the dafne course when i was pregnant fantastic course massively improved my diabetic control and still has to this day I took a weeks annual leave to do this course and it was worth it x

I suffer with night time hypo's all the time I've reduced everything down to the bare bones but still happens had a really bad diabetic clapse due to hypo at night was paralysed from chest down and if it was not for my little boy I would have died he is only six and called for the ambulance fed...

it will be the rice its massively high in carbs I'm type 1 and have done the daphne course it gives you a book that gives you the value of foods bothh dry and cooked rice is high so are jacket potatoes and bread

hi I stopped taking lantus 1 year ago due to research regarding its links to pancreatic cancer been on levemir since and feel so much better used to have hypo's every night on lantus only have the odd one now and bolod glucose levels much better and i lost weight so a ++ for me changing
