Probably a good idea do everyone a favour if you can’t be constructive, it’s very easy to disagree with everything especially as you seem to feel everyone else’s views are irrelevant, you have a huge weight on your shoulders being such an expert in everything.

It’s good to test test test to start with then you will soon learn which foods give a spike to your bloods, I’ve found I can’t eat any root vegetables like carrots parsnips or swede. There are some very good people on here so keep asking the questions. And of course I can’t have my favourite...

Hi All I’ve had my code free meter a few years now and have los confidence in it, recently I tested as I woke and the reading was 7.3, I was surprised so tried again and got a reading of 5.1 then tried once more which was 6.6. Is it time I got a new meter as the test strips are quite new?

7.3 @ 8:00 up from 6.3 probably due to dinner yesterday chicken pie with puff pastry and two cans of IPA ,serves me right.
