I have had a frozen shoulder since June although i do think it in the thawing stage now as the pain is not as bad the movement is still as limited as ever though. Frustrating and painful is not the word for it..... :evil:

Well gem i think i can safely say i am hooked,,, lol didnt think anything cud get me off facebook for more than five mins but this site has lol cant b bad :D am coming to the end of another day and so far feeling gud.... 8)
