    high sugar level

    I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 5 years ago and cannot control my levels. Now taking Levemir 12 units in the morning and 10 units Novorapid before meals. Took these at 7.30 this morning had a cup of tea and a toasted tea cake and sugar levels 2 hours later are 27.6. What am I doing wrong
