Its a report from a coroner. That's how they measured the insulin levels in the said persons system before death. I Dont understand the whole pmol/L either azure smthats why I asked on here.

Hi I was looking to have something converted. Its in pmol/L. I was wondering if someone could convert this pmol/L into actual unit of insulin for me. The pmol/L is 402.
