    I'm thinking about trying a different location to the licensed one (upper arm). Any tips on where to locate in abdomen area? Guess I need to think about trouser waistline running and also distance from insulin injection sites?

    Rep told me that the 30 min limit is the limit completely submerged. If you come up or are doing more social holiday swimming it's fine I guess. But if submerged for longer period then maybe @T1DM2012 has a good solution

    I'm in London - I got the meter and first sensor free with a trial through my hospital. My DSN organised a session with the Abbott Rep. that would give you 14 days of readings and the meter free and perhaps you could purchase 1 or 2 yourself after that just to get a sense of what is going on...
