can you confirm what your dizziness felt like and how long the spells lasted as I have recently experienced mild dizziness lasting a matter of seconds. I to am type 2 and 61.
I am new to the forum and am currently trying to reduce my Carbs intake having read many threads on the forum which whilst meaning I won't be eating the big 5, I would still like to have Yorkshire pudding every now and again for Sunday lunch. Does anybody have a low carb alternative recipe.
I have recently changed to working a 12 hour night shift on a four on four off rota. Please can any experienced shift worker advice best eating practices etc. shifts are 18:00 to 06.00. I am type 2.
